As I move through these locales what becomes apparent is a sense of anachronism as situated experience contingent on global interdependence. It permits a kind of extended photographic subjectivity through travel and lens. It also gives a perspective on a form of life as artifact formalized through governmental bodies such as Indian archeological survey.  However the travel narrative gives a perspective. Firstly its first person rather than institutional. Its an interpretive approach based on variables like political sentiments. Secondly and most related to the art produced from the encounter is an existential syncretic field produced through movement and encounter.
